摘  要:分层递进是技术技能人才培养的基本规律。在对京津冀汽车产业人才需求调研的基础上,针对汽车专业“3+2”中高职衔接试点过程中出现的问题,结合共同试点中、高职各学校实际情况,确定了分段培养模式、人才培养目标定位、课程设置与内容衔接、转段升学方式等方面原则和内容,期待对中高职衔接育人体系的构建提供有价值的借鉴。The layered education is the basic law to cultivate the skilled talents.Based on the investigation of the demands for talents of the automobile industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,this paper focuses on the problems in"3+2"model of curriculum connection between secondary vocational school and higher vocational college in the automobile specialty,combines with the facts of the schools in the joint pilot program,as well as defines the layered cultivation mode,the orientation of talent training goal,the curriculum and the content cohesion,and the way of transition to higher education.It is expected to provide valuable reference for the construction of the bridging education system for secondary and higher vocational colleges.
