高职院校特色专业就业指导可持续发展的思考

摘　　要：论文梳理了目前高职院校特色专业就业指导工作的现状,在此基础上对存在问题的原因进行了进一步剖析。论文最后提出了加强市场调研,提高特色专业建设质量;加强校企合作,完善校企育人共赢机制以及加强职业生涯规划教育,提升学生综合职业素养的工作建议。This paper sorts out the current situation of employment guidance of characteristic majors in higher vocational colleges,and further analyzes the causes of existing problems on this basis.Finally,the thesis puts forward to strengthen the market research and improve the quality of specialty construction;Suggestions on strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,improving school-enterprise education and win-win mechanism,strengthening career planning education,and improving students’comprehensive professional quality.
