摘　　要：为解决圆销车加工存在的耗人费时问题,设计了一种圆销自动车加工单元,该生产线采用PLC控制,由推板式上料输送机、搬运机器人、双主轴车床、下料输送机、工业视觉系统等组成,具有工件定位精度高,加工耗时少等优点,可大大减轻工人的工作量,有效提高生产效率。In order to reduce the manpower and times cost of round dowel pin turning process,an automatic system was designed.The system is controlled by PLC,which is combined with plate-type loading conveyor,handling robot,dual-spindle lathes,unloading conveyor,industrial vision system and so on.The system has high positioning accuracy and fewer times cost,which can be marketed in the round dowel pin turning industry because that it can greatly reduce the work and effectively improve the production efficiency.
