摘  要:德国职业继续教育是服务再教育与再培训的重要手段。通过坚持突出重点群体的培训需求,注重调查研究和可行性评估,构建开放灵活的职业继续教育办学体系等举措,保障了技能人才队伍整体质量提升。职业技能提升行动作为我国技能培训领域的重要战略部署,应借鉴德国经验,从职业技能培训人员专业化、寻求理论和实证研究支撑、完善培训教学模式与跨机构的技能开发与认证等方面着手提高培训工作针对性和有效性。German vocational continuing education is an important means of serving re-education and re-training.By insisting on highlighting the training needs of key groups,focusing on investigation and feasibility evaluation,and building an open and flexible mode of vocational continuing education,the overall quality of skilled personnel is guaranteed.As an important strategic deployment in the field of skill training in China,the vocational skills promotion action should learn from German experience,including the professionalization of vocational skill trainers,seeking theoretical and empirical research support,perfecting the teaching mode and cross-agency skills development and certification so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training.
