摘 要:目的分析医护一体化教学模式结合多元化教学方法在儿科临床护理教学中的应用价值。方法选取2018年5月至2018年12月于儿科实习的35名本科护生为对照组,接受传统的以护士为教师主体的单一教学模式,另选取2019年5月至2019年12月于儿科实习的35名本科护生为观察组,接受医护一体化教学模式结合多元化教学方法。观察两组的教学效果。结果观察组理论、操作、实训及综合成绩显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学方法、教学内容、带教老师满意度及总体满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理实习生教学中应用医护一体化教学模式结合多元化教学方法能够有效提高护生学习积极性和主动性,有利于开发护生潜能,提高护生的综合能力,教学效果良好。Objective To analyze the application value of integration teaching mode of medical and nursing combined with diversified teaching methods in pediatric clinical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 35 undergraduate nursing students from May 2018 to December 2018 in pediatrics department practice were selected as control group,and accepted the traditional single teaching mode of taking nurses as the teacher as the main body.Another 35 undergraduate nursing students from May 2019 to December 2019 in pediatrics department practice were selected as observation group,and accepted the integration teaching mode of medical and nursing combined with diversified teaching methods.The teaching effect of the two groups was observed.Results The theory,operation,training and comprehensive scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching methods,teaching contents and teachers satisfaction and overall satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integration teaching mode of medical and nursing combined with diversified teaching methods in the teaching of pediatric nursing interns can effectively improve the learning enthusiasm and initiative of nursing students,help to develop their potential and improve their comprehensive ability,and achieve good teaching effect.
