摘　　要：对共青“科教城”五所独立学院教师的职业倦怠情况、工作满意度和心理契约方面进行调研,分析独立学院教师在心理契约、工作满意度和职业倦怠方面的特征和原因,从构建教师合理的心理契约、全面提升教师的工作满意度和预防缓解教师职业倦怠感三方面提出建议。This paper investigates the job burnout,job satisfaction and psychological contract of the teachers of the five independent colleges in the"Science and Education City"of the Communist Youth League,and analyze the characteristics and causes of the teachers'psychological contract,job satisfaction,and job burnout in the independent colleges.Suggestions are made in three aspects:the psychological contract of the teacher,the overall improvement of teachers'job satisfaction,and the prevention and relief of teacher burnout.
