摘　　要：在目前高校师范专业教学中,十分重要的一项任务就是需要对学生的教学技能进行培养,促使学生掌握相关教学技能,实现学生教学能力水平的提升,从而保证学生今后更好地从事教育教学工作,满足学生的发展需求。文章就师范专业学生教学技能的培训及训练措施进行分析,从而使学生教学技能的培训及训练能够得到满意的效果,达到理想的教学目标,使师范专业人才培养需求得到满足。In the current professional teaching of normal colleges and universities,a very important task is to train students'teaching skills,encourage students to master relevant teaching skills,and realize the improvement of students'teaching ability,so as to ensure that students will better engage in education and teaching in the future to meet the development needs of students.This article analyzes the training and training measures of teaching skills for teachers majoring in students,so that the training and training of teaching skills for students can get satisfactory results,achieve the ideal teaching goals,and satisfy the training needs of teachers.
