摘  要:目的探索雨课堂联合CBL教学模式在消化内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法纳入消化内科住院医师规范化培训学员75人,分为雨课堂联合CBL教学组、CBL教学组、讲授式教学组,分别应用相应教学方法培训,根据理论测试、病例分析、自我评价比较教学成果。结果相较于讲授式教学和CBL教学模式,雨课堂联合CBL教学模式能够显著提高学员的理论测试、病例分析成绩和自我评价。结论雨课堂联合CBL教学模式能显著提高消化内科住院医师规范化培训的教学质量。Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of rain classroom com-bined with ccase study based learning(CBL)teaching mode in the standardized training of resi-dents in gastroenterology.Methods 75 residents who received standard training in the depart-ment of gastroenterology were randomly divided into three groups,in which rain classroom com-bined with CBL teaching mode,CBL teaching mode and lecture based learning(LBL)were given respectively.The teaching results of each group were evaluated by theoretical tests,case analysis as well as self-evaluation.Results Compared with LBL and CBL teaching mode,rain classroom combined with CBL teaching mode can significantly improve the theoretical test scores,case ana-lysis scores and self-evaluation scores of residents in standardized training.Conclusion Rain class-room combined with CBL teaching mode can significantly promote the teaching quality of stand-ardized training of residents in the department of gastroenterology.
