摘 要:目的探讨混合现实技术在普通外科腹膜后肿瘤组专科医师培训中提高原发性腹膜后肿瘤手术临床教学质量方面的应用价值。方法选择2018年4月—2019年11月在西安交通大学第一附属医院普通外科腹膜后肿瘤学组参加专科医师培训的49名学员为研究对象,按照随机抽签的方式将其分为两组,对照组采用以PPT为主的传统教学模式,实验组采用以混合现实技术(MR)为主的教学模式。授课结束后,对两组学员进行试卷考核和满意度问卷调查。结果实验组和对照组的总成绩分别为(76.60±4.58)分、(66.25±4.68)分,二者的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组对混合现实技术教学模式的满意度高于对照组以PPT为主的传统教学模式,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论混合现实技术在腹膜后肿瘤手术临床教学中有助于提高教学质量,并激发专科医师的学习兴趣,提升他们对解剖知识的空间理解力。Objective To explore the application value of mixed reality technology in impro-ving the clinical teaching quality of retroperitoneal tumor surgery in specialist training in the de-partment of general surgery.Methods 49 specialists in specialist training program in the depar-tment of general surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from April 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of ran-dom drawing.One group was given the traditional teaching mode which was mainly based on PPT(the experimental group),while the other group was educated by the new teaching mode which was mainly based on the mixed reality technology(the control group).After the teaching,we con-ducted tests and satisfaction surveys for two groups of specialists.Results Total scores of the ex-perimental group and the control group were(76.60±4.58)and(66.25±4.68)respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The satisfaction of the experimental group to their own accepted teaching mode was higher than that of the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Mixed reality technology is helpful to improve the teaching quality in the clinical teaching of retroperitoneal tumor surgery,stimulate the specialists'interest in learning and enhance their spatial understanding of anatomical knowledge.
