摘　　要：为了响应党中央坚决打赢新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控阻击战的决策部署,教育部提出“停课不停教、停课不停学”的要求,各高校纷纷开始在线教学。南京中医药大学护理学院充分发挥专业特色,挖掘前线“抗疫”优秀护理事迹,基于在线平台开展网络思政综合教育改革,从全员、全程、全方位育人3个方面,探索“三全育人”在线教学实现路径和保障机制,组建课程思政团队,创新教学策略,讲好抗“疫”故事,培育“精神疫苗”,将课程思政贯穿于在线教学全过程,培养有专业、有情怀、有担当的优秀护理人才。结果显示,教师和学生的满意度高,教学效果较好,说明“三全育人”在线教学改革效果显著,全课程的思政教育和线上线下相结合的教学模式创新是未来重要研究方向。In response to the Party Central Committee's decisions and arrangements to win the battle of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control firmly,the Ministry of Education put forward the requirement of"stop class,but no stop teaching nor stop learning",and universities have opened online teaching.School of Nursing in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine gave full play to its professional characteristics,and excavated the excellent nursing deeds of frontline in fighting against the epidemic.The college carried out the online ideological and political theory education reform based on online platforms,explored the realization path and guarantee mechanism of online teaching of"San Quan Education System"from three aspects of all staff,whole course and all-round education.Besides,we also formed a curriculum ideological and political team,innovated teaching strategies,told the story of fighting the epidemic,and cultivated"mental vaccine".The college ran the course for ideological and political education through the whole process of online teaching to cultivate professional,caring and responsible outstanding nursing talents.Finally,the teachers and students had high satisfaction and good teaching effects.The results indicate that the online teaching reform of"San Quan Education System"has a significant effect.The innovation of ideological and political education of the whole course combined with online and offline teaching mode is an important research direction in the future.
