美国一流大学跨学科集群教师管理制度及启示——以威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校为例

摘　　要：集群是美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校为保持学校在科学研究和知识创新方面的领先地位而创建的新型跨学科学术组织。它独立于院系,由学校集中统一管理。集群教师选聘采用项目申请的方式,其考核评价兼顾单学科和跨学科两方面。借鉴UWM集群教师管理的经验,我们可以得到如下启示:建立虚实结合的管理体制,为教师跨学科合作提供制度保障;采用弹性灵活的聘用方式,赋予跨学科教师更多的自主权;实行多元化的评价方式和标准,充分激发教师参与跨学科合作的积极性。Cluster is a new kind of interdisciplinary academic organization created by University of Wisconsin Madison(UWM)to maintain the leading position in scientific research and knowledge innovation.It is independent of the school and managed by university.Cluster teachers are selected by individual project application,and the assessment and evaluation of cluster teachers include both single subject and interdisciplinary aspects.By borrowing the experience of UWM cluster teacher management,we can get the following enlightenment:to establish a teacher management system combining virtuality and reality to guarantee the collaborative development of interdisciplinary teachers,to adopt flexible employment methods and standards to give teachers more autonomy,and to implement a diversified evaluation mechanism to motivate teachers to participate in interdisciplinary cooperation.
