摘　　要：建立了一种同时检测辅助降压类保健品中5种非法添加药物的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。样品经乙腈提取后,经C18色谱柱分离,用乙腈-0.05%甲酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,质谱采用正负离子切换,多反应监测模式测定,外标法定量。5种目标物在线性范围内呈现良好的线性关系且相关系数均大于0.997,检出限为0.01~0.015 mg/kg,加标回收率为81.3%~105%之间,相对标准偏差为3.3%~8.4%。该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,适合辅助降压类保健品中5种非法添加药物的快速筛查、确证和定量测定。A rapid method for the simulataneous detection of five illegal additives in auxiliary antihypertensive health foods was developed by high performance liqid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-LCMS/MS).After being ex⁃tracted by acetonitrile,the sample was separated on a C18 column,gradient eluted with acetonitrile solution and formic acid solution.The electrospray ionization(ESI)source in positive or negative ion mode was used for multiple reaction monitor⁃ing(MRM)mode.The five illegal additives showed good linear relationships with the correlation coefficients more than 0.997.The recoveries were in the range of 81.3%-105%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were all not more than 8.4%.The limits of detection(LODs)were all in the range of 0.01~0.015 mg/kg.This method is rapid,simple,and sensivitive.which is suitable for rapid screening,confirmation and quantitative determination of five illegal additives in aux⁃iliary antihypertensive health foods.
