摘 要:信息技术高速发展之下,高校教师在线教学不应仅是应急之策,而需要常态化。应当分析高校教师在线教学的现状,探索在线教学常态化路径,使得高校教学改革的成果惠益师生。实证研究调研结果显示,应当通过促进对在线教学的认同,提高教学平台使用的熟练程度,促进不同专业教师之间的协同互助,鼓励所有教师不论年龄和教龄都积极参与并促进在线教学常态化。With the rapid development of information technology,on-line education in higher learning should be normalized rather than meeting the need of emergency only.The current situation of the on-line education in the institutions of higher learning should be explored and the achievement should benefit both the educators and students.An empirical research shows that the cognition and approval of the on-line education should be improved,the proficiency of the education platform should be enhanced,the cooperation among teachers of different majors should be strengthened,and all the teachers,regardless of their age and teaching experiences,should be encouraged to participate in the normalization of the on-line education in the institutions of higher learning.
