摘　　要：2020年春季,教育部要求全国高校在疫情防控期间开展在线教学,实现“停课不停教、停课不停学”。分析了目前地方高校理论课线上教学存在的师生互动不足、积极性不高等问题,并基于问题进行了深入探讨,建立了地方高校理论课线上教学新模式。In the spring of 2020,due to the epidemic,the Ministry of Education requested the national colleges and universities to carry out online teaching during the prevention and control of the epidemic,so as to realize“suspension of classes and non-stop teaching and learning”.This paper analyzed the main problems in the online teaching of theoretical courses in local colleges and universities,such as insufficient teacher and student interaction and enthusiasm for learing.Based on the solutions to the problems,a new online teaching mode of theoretical courses in local colleges and universities has been established.
