摘  要:教师在高校培养人才的过程中至关重要。促进教师的专业化发展对提升教育质量大有裨益。影响教师专业化发展的因素有:教学能力发展不均衡,学历结构不合理,缺乏对教师完整性评估和支持系统,教师科研能力薄弱。从教师发展中心工作角度出发,通过分阶段培养教师教学能力,健全激励机制促进教师学历提升,建立“教师发展档案”追踪教师成长过程,以科研带动教师专业化发展,探讨教师专业化发展工作水平的提升。Teachers are very important in the process of cultivating talents in Colleges and universities.Promoting the professional development of teachers is helpful to improve the quality of education.The factors that affect the development of teachers’specialization are:unbalanced development of teaching ability,unreasonable educational background structure,lack of evaluation and support system for teachers’integrity,and weak scientific research ability of teachers.From the perspective of the work of teacher development center,this paper is trying to foster teachers’teaching ability in a phased manner,improve the incentive mechanism to promote teachers’educational background,establish“teacher development files”to track teachers’growth process,promote teachers’professional development by scientific research,and explore the improvement of the professional development of teachers.
