摘  要:合理配置教育资源,是实现义务教育优质均衡的重要手段。通过对山西省义务教育阶段的教育资源配置状况进行分析表明,城乡教师配置不均衡、学校办学条件存在“短板”和机制创新发育不成熟等是困扰义务教育资源均衡的主要表现。优化教育资源配置,促进优质均衡迈向新的高度,可采取以下策略:深化人事制度改革,平衡教师资源配置;优化经费配给制度,提高教育资源利用效率;深化教育机制改革,助力学校优质发展。Rational allocation of educational resources is an important means to achieve high-qualitybalance of compulsory education.Through an analysis of the allocation of educational resources in the compulsory education of Shanxi Province under the background of high-quality balance,it is found that the unbalanced allocation of urban and rural teachers,the existence of"short-board"conditions for running schools,and the immature mechanism of innovation and development are the main problems that hinder the balance of compulsory education resources.To optimize the allocation of educational resources and to raise the high-quality balance to a new high level,the following strategies should be adopted:deepening the reform of the personnel system to balance the allocation of teacher resources;optimizing the system of allocation of funds to improve the efficiency of the utilization of educational resources;and deepening the reform of educational mechanism to promote the high-quality development of schools.
