摘　　要：本文基于储粮保管基础设施、储粮基础性研究、绿色储粮技术、控温控湿技术、信息化储粮技术,综述了进入21世纪以来储粮技术的新发展,就当下储粮技术的发展及存在的问题进行了分析,并对未来粮储技术发展方向进行了展望。This paper summarizes the new development of grain storage technology since the 21st century from the aspects of grain storage infrastructure,basic research on grain storage,green grain storage technology,temperature and humidity control technology,and information grain storage technology.The development of grain storage technology and existing problems are analyzed,and the future development tendency of grain storage technology is prospected.
