共享财务趋势下高职院校财务人才培养变革研究

摘　　要：大数据、云计算以及人工智能等信息技术在财务领域的应用,推动了共享财务的快速发展,导致企业对财务人才的需求发生了重大变化,出现了高职院校财务人才培养方向有偏差,新技能培养有欠缺,现有课程设置略显陈旧等问题。为适应共享财务的发展要求,高职院校对财务人才的培养应做出相应的调整和改变,具体措施是:共享财务人才培养方向从核算型向管理决策型转变,构建产教融合、校企合作制度以增进财务人才技能培养,加强共享财务相关课程设置。The application of big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other information technologies to the field of finance has promoted the rapid development of shared finance,which has led to significant changes in the demand of enterprises for financial professionals.There appear some problems in the training of financial personnel in vocational colleges,such as the direction deviation,the lack of new technology training,and the slightly outdated curriculum.To meet the development requirements of shared finance,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,vocational colleges should make corresponding adjustments and changes in the training of financial professionals.We should change the training of shared-finance professionals from accounting type to decision-making management type,and establish a system of production-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation to enhance the training of financial professionals and strengthen the setup of courses related to shared finance.
