摘 要:目的分析疼痛护理教学中持续质量改进教学法的效果。方法将2018年1月—2019年9月在该院实习的70名护理实习生视为研究对象,以电脑任意编号的形式划入试验组与常规组(n=35)。在疼痛护理教学中,常规组行传统的教学法,试验组行持续质量改进教学法,比较两组护生的专业知识考核成绩、技能操作考核成绩,护生对教学法的认可率及护生的自我能力评分。结果常规组护生的专业知识考核成绩、技能操作考核成绩均低于试验组护生,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护生对教学模式的认可率为97.14%,常规组护生对教学模式的认可率为77.14%,试验组护生的认可率更高(P<0.05)。试验组护生的医学护理学基础知识、临床技能及沟通技能评分均明显高于常规组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理教学中持续改进教学方法,可强化护生专业知识掌握效果,提高护生的护理教学满意度,教学指导效果较好。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement teaching methods in pain nursing teaching.Methods A total of 70 nursing interns who had interned in the hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were regarded as the research objects,and were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the conventional group(n=35).In the teaching of pain nursing,the conventional group performed the traditional teaching method,the experimental group performed the continuous quality improvement teaching method,and compared the two groups of nursing students'professional knowledge assessment results,skills operation assessment results,and the nursing students'recognition of the teaching method and the nursing students self-competence score.Results The nursing students in the conventional group had lower professional knowledge assessment scores and skills operation assessment results than the experimental group nursing students.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The approval rate of nursing students in the experimental group for the teaching mode was 97.14%,and that of the nursing students in the conventional group for the teaching mode was 77.14%.The approval rate of the nursing students in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing knowledge,clinical skills,and communication skills of the nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous improvement of teaching methods in the teaching of pain nursing can strengthen the effect of nursing students'professional knowledge grasping,improve the nursing teaching satisfaction of nursing students,and provide better teaching guidance.
