摘 要:新职工上岗前培训为医院传输自己的文化、制度提供了平台,同时能够让新职工尽快完成角色的转换,适应新的社会身份。做好新职工岗前培训工作意义重大。为了解新职工对该院现有岗前培训体系的评价,该文就2016—2019年新职工对于当年岗前培训工作的问卷反馈表进行统计与分析,为今后更好地进行新职工岗前培训工作提供指导性意见。Pre-employment training for new employees provides a platform for hospitals to transfer their culture and systems,and at the same time enables new employees to complete the role transition as soon as possible and adapt to the new social identity.It is of great significance to do well the pre-job training for new employees.In order to understand the evaluation of new employees on the existing pre-employment training system of the hospital,this article analyzes and analyzes the questionnaire feedback form for new employees'pre-post training work from 2016 to 2019,in order to provide guidance for better carrying out pre-post training for new employees in the future.
