摘  要:共享是教师共同体建构的必然要求,共进是教师共同体建构的最终目标,从共享到共进是共同体建构的目标深化。教师共同体必须坚持以上目标的递进,才能使共同体的建构真正实现促进成员共同发展的目标,具体可采取以下措施:确定对应共享到共进价值取向的共同体建构目标;把共享到共进价值取向作为共同体决策的依据;建构促进共享到共进价值追求实现的共同体运作机制;建设以共享到共进价值取向为核心的共同体文化体系;建构牵引共享到共进价值取向实践的共同体评价体系。Sharing is the necessary requirement for the construction of teacher community,and mutual development is the ultimate objective of the construction of teacher community.The transformation from sharing to mutual development is the deepening of objective of constructing the teacher community.Only when the teacher community sticks to the progressiveness of the above objective,will the construction of community he able to realize the objective of promoting the mutual development of its members.To achieve the aim,we can adopt the following measures:setting the goal of constructing the community corresponding with the value orientation from sharing to mutual development;taking the value orientation from sharing to mutual development as the basis of making decisions of community;constructing the operation mechanism of community promoting the realization of value pursuing the transformation from sharing to mutual development;building the community culture system with the value orientation from sharing to mutual development as the core;and constructing the community evaluation system guiding the practice of value orientation from sharing to mutual development.
