摘  要:教学理论是中外历代教育家和教育实践者探求教学规律的宝贵思想成果,是教学实践的行动指南。以县为单元,组织教师开展教学理论的学习和实践应用,是推进区域教学创新发展和实现教学理论价值再生的重要途径。实践表明,“层式联动一教训(研)一体一主题推进”的教学理论县域应用模式,以及原理直用法、问题诊治法、课题研究法等教学理论县域应用的实施方法,是对以往教学理论应用模式及方法的继承和发展,有效促进了地方高校与中小学校、教学理论与实践的双向联结,对区域教学改进和教师专业成长具有重要作用。Instructional theories are not only the precious ideological achievements of educators and educational practitioners both at home and abroad,who have been exploring the laws of instruction,but also the action guide of teaching practice.It is an important way to promote the innovative development of regional instruction and realize the regeneration of theoretical value in instruction by organizing teachers to study and practice the instructional theories in the county which is regarded as a unit.The practice shows that such a practical mode of instructional theories applied in a county region as the “ multilayered linkage-integration of instruction and research-theme promotion”and such implementation methods of applying the instructional theories to a county region as the direct use of principles,diagnosis and treatment of problems,subject research are the inheritance and development of the application ways and methods of former instructional theories,thus effectively promoting the two-way connection not merely between local institutions of higher education and primary and secondary schools,hut also between instructional theory and practice,which plays an important role in both the improvement of regional instruction and the development of teachers'profession.
