摘 要:化学反应工程内容可概括为两个方面,即反应动力学和反应器设计与分析。在传统的课堂教学中,偏重于阐述化学反应工程基本原理、理论和基本方法,培养了理论思维和工程分析,然而学生反应器设计能力欠缺。本文从四个方面即课程内容、作业、工程案例与分析和计算机辅助设计,阐述了加强反应器设计能力的教学实践,形成了以夯实学生理论和和基本方法,培养学生工程思维的教学设计。以工程案例与分析来强化学生设计思想,并以计算机辅助设计增强学生设计能力。从教学实践上来看,学生对化学反应工程的核心内容有良好的掌握,其反应器设计能力得到良好的锻炼。The contents of chemical reaction engineering can be summed up in two aspects:reaction kinetics and reactor design and analysis.In the traditional classroom,it focused on the basic principles,theories and methods of chemical reaction engineering,and advocated the theoretical thinking and engineering analysis.However,the students lacked the ability of reactor design.This article states the practice of strengthening the design ability of reactor from four aspects,i.e.course contents,assignments,engineering cases and analysis and computer-aided design.A teaching design had been formed to consolidate students'theories and basic methods and cultivate students'engineering thinking.The engineering cases and analysis strengthened the students'design ideas and computer-aided design enhanced the students'design ability.Based on the teaching practice,students had a good grasp of the core contents of chemical reaction engineering and their design abilities of reactor had been well exercised.
