摘　　要：拖拉机液压悬挂装置是拖拉机工作的核心部件,其出厂检测方法均为人工挂接检测,检测过程中存在安全隐患。为了提高拖拉机液压悬挂装置的出厂检测效率,降低工人检测过程中劳动强度和危险性,为拖拉机质量检测技术研究提供参考依据,设计了一种机电液一体化、自动化程度高、高效快捷的拖拉机悬挂装置下线检测液压加载试验台。该试验台通过液压系统控制挂接部分和加载部分。从机械和液压系统分析可得,本试验台的试验条件满足国家标准要求,能实现拖拉机悬挂装置额定提升力、提升行程、提升次数、提升时间和静沉降等关键指标的检测。The tractor hydraulic hitch is the core part of tractor work,and its testing methods are all manual hitch testing.There are hidden dangers in the testing process.In order to improve the efficiency of testing of tractor hydraulic suspension device,reduce the labor intensity and danger of workers in the process of testing,and provide a reference for the research of tractor quality testing technology,a kind of hydraulic loading test stand for off-line testing of tractor hydraulic suspension device is designed,which is mechatronics,highly automatic,efficient and quick.The test stand controls the coupling part and the loading part through the hydraulic system.According to the analysis of mechanical and hydraulic system,the test conditions of this test stand meet the requirements of national standards,and can realize the detection of key indexes such as rated lifting force,lifting stroke,lifting times,lifting time and static settlement of tractor suspension device.
