摘 要:目的:分析护理临床教学中学生解决问题能力的培养方式。方法:将2019年1月至2020年4月于本院临床护理实习的60名学生视为研究对象,以任意编号的形式划入参照组与实验组(n=30)。参照组予以常规临床护理教学,实验组予以PBL护理教学,对比两组学生的批判性思维能力及教学方式的满意率。结果:实验组学生的求知欲、分析能力、认知成熟度及系统化能力评分均高于参照组学生,差距对照有统计学意义(p<0.05)。实验组学生的教学方式满意率是96.67%,参照组学生的教学方式满意率是83.33%,实验组的教学满意率相对较高(p<0.05)。结论:以PBL方法实施临床护理教学,可提升学生的解决问题能力,且学生对教学方式认可、满意,建议推广应用。objective:to analyze the cultivation method of problem solving ability of middle school students in nursing clinical teaching.Methods:60 students who had clinical nursing practice in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were regarded as research objects,and randomly assigned to the reference group and the experimental group(n=30).The reference group was given routine clinical nursing teaching,while the experimental group was given PBL nursing teaching.The students'critical thinking ability and satisfaction rate of teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results:the scores of curiosity,analytical ability,cognitive maturity and systematization ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the teaching method of the experimental group was 96.67%,and that of the reference group was 83.33%.The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was relatively high(p<0.05).Conclusion:clinical nursing teaching with PBL method can improve students'problem-solving ability,and students are satisfied with the teaching method.
