摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟训练联合案例分析方式在急诊科护士临床技能培训中的应用及临床价值。方法选取2018年9月—2019年3月本院需进行临床培训的急诊科护士共160人作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各80人。对照组护士进行常规方法进行培训,观察组在对照组基础上进行案例分析联合情景模拟训练教学,对比观察两组护士不同方法授课后案例分析能力、问诊思路、分诊技巧、急救技能、急救应急能力以及对授课满意程度等指标。结果观察组护士案例分析能力、问诊思路、分诊技巧成绩均明显高于对照组护士,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士基础知识、急救技能、急救应急能力评分均明显高于对照组护士,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组护士行满意度调查问卷,观察组护士满意程度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护士的临床培训中使用案例分析联合情景模拟训练可有效提高培训效果,增强其实践能力,值得于临床教学中进一步推广使用。Objective To explore the application and clinical value of case analysis combined with scenario simulation training in clinical skills training for nurses in emergency department.Methods A total of 160 emergency nurses who needed clinical training in our hospital from September 2018 to March 2019 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to digital random table method,80 students in each group.The nurses in the control group were given conventional methods for training.The observation group conducted case analysis combined with situation simulation training on the basis of the control group.The case analysis capacity,train of thought in inquiry,triage skills,first-aid skills,first-aid emergency ability,and satisfaction with the teaching and other indicators were compared and observed.Results The results of case analysis capacity,train of thought in inquiry,and triage skills of the nurses in observation group were significantly higher than those of the nurses in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Elementary knowledge,first aid skills and emergency ability scores of the nurses in observation group were significantly higher than those of the nurses in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).A satisfaction survey questionnaire was conducted between the two groups of nurses,and the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of case analysis combined with scenario simulation training in the clinical training of emergency department nurses could effectively improve the training effect and enhance its practical ability,and it is worthy of further promotion and use in clinical teaching.
