摘 要:将分子印迹技术与荧光传感结合,以碳点为荧光传感材料,己烯雌酚为模板制备出具有高选择性识别性能的碳点分子印迹传感器,用于检测水产品和动物产品中的己烯雌酚。在0.02~7.45 mg/L范围内,CDs@MIP的荧光猝灭率(F0/F)随体系中己烯雌酚的浓度变化符合Stern-Volmer方程,方法检出限为0.059μg/L。己烯雌酚的回收率范围在81.7%~110.3%,相对标准偏差不超过10.7%。结果表明制备的CDs@MIP可方便灵敏地检测样品中己烯雌酚的残留。Carbon dots was used as fluorescence sensing material and diethylstilbestrol was used as template to prepare carbon dots based molecularly imprinting sensor( CDs @ MIP) with high selective recognition performance.The sensor was used to detect diethylstilbestrol in aquatic and animal products.In the range of 0.02-7.45 mg/L,the relationship between the fluorescence quenching rate(F0/F) of CDs @ MIP and the concentration of diethylstilbestrol in the system accords with Stern-Volmer equation, with the LOD of 0.059 μg/L.The recoveries of diethylstilbestrol were 81.7%-110.3%,and the RSD was less than 10.7%.The proposed CDs@ MIP method provides a tool for convenient and sensitive determination of diethylstilbestrol residues in actual samples.
