摘  要:该项目依据虚拟现实技术原理,根据实验室实验器材、医院检验中心真实的医疗检验设备和空间布局,实现实验检测设备、实验室环境布局、实验检验过程的3D再现,模拟医院临床实验室病人标本检验的全过程,建成了一个以医学免疫学课程为背景基于虚拟现实技术的肿瘤标志物甲胎蛋白检测平台,解决了医学检验技术高、精、昂贵仪器培训难的问题,规范仪器的标准化操作,规避实际培训的生物安全问题,节约培训过程的试剂耗材成本,将医学检验的前沿技术带入课堂,使学生掌握检测原理的同时具备创新意识,最终提高学习兴趣和效果。This project is based on the principles of virtual reality technology,real laboratory medical equipment and spatial arrangement,realizing 3D reproduction of experimental testing equipment,layout of laboratory environment and experimental testing process,simulating the whole process of patient specimen examination in clinical laboratory of hospital,formed an AFP(alpha fetoprotein)tumor marker detection platform based on virtual reality technology with the background of medical immunology courses,which solved the problem of high,precise and expensive equipment training for medical testing technology,standardized the operation of instruments,avoided the biosecurity problem of the actual training,saved the cost of reagent consumables during the training process,bringing the frontier technology of medical examination into the classroom,making students master the principle of examination and have the sense of innovation at the same time,and finally improving their study interest and effect.
