摘　　要：本文论述了高职院校课程自主测评学习系统建设的意义,以及食品加工技术专业核心课程自主测评学习系统的构建方法和实践过程中存在的问题。选择以食品加工技术专业6门核心课为对象构建学习系统,旨在为教师与学生搭建沟通平台,加强学生学习主动性,提高教学质量。In this thesis,the meaning of the construction on the autonomic review and learning system of the core course in the major of mood porcessing technique was discussed,and the method of the construction,and the matter in the practical process.Six core courses was choiced to construct the system,the target was to build the communication platform for teachers and students,to enhance the studying interest,to improve quality of teaching.
