摘 要:为研究某纯电动汽车电驱动系统的扭振特性,综合考虑机电耦合的影响,采用集中质量法建立了包含电磁刚度的两自由度电动汽车电驱动系统的动力学模型。针对该前置前驱式电驱动系统,通过一系列的振动台架试验,分析了电驱动系统的振动特性,验证了机电耦合模型的准确性。通过试验还得到了电磁刚度在特定工况下的具体数值,对不同电磁刚度下的电动汽车电驱动系统振动特性的影响进行了分析计算,为电动汽车振动特性的研究提供了参考依据。In order to study the torsional vibration characteristics of an electric drive system of a pure electric vehicle,considering the influence of electromechanical coupling,a two-degree-of-freedom electric drive system dynamics model including electromagnetic stiffness is established by lumped mass method.The vibration characteristics of the front-mounted electric drive system are obtained through a series of vibration bench tests,which verified the correctness of the electromechanical coupling model.The specific values of electromagnetic stiffness under specific working conditions are also obtained through experiments.The influence of different electromagnetic stiffness on the vibration characteristics of electric vehicle electric drive system is analyzed and calculated,which provides a reference basis for the research of electric vehicle vibration characteristics.
