摘  要:对在线激光打孔数量及脉冲持续时间对卷烟烟气及感官质量的影响进行研究,结果表明,打孔数量和脉冲持续时间主要影响到物理检测指标中总通风率和吸阻,进而影响到烟气化学指标及感官质量,在总通风率一定条件下,打孔数量与脉冲持续时间呈负相关;在打孔数量一定条件下,脉冲持续时间与总通风率呈正相关,与焦油、CO、总粒相物、烟碱和水分呈负相关,受影响程度从大到小依次为总粒相物、CO、焦油、水分、烟碱;卷烟感官质量受总通风率影响显著,受影响程度从大到小依次为香气、流畅性和轻松感、浓度、口腔干净程度、口腔舒适度、甜润感、杂气和刺激性。The effects of on-line laser drilling quantity and pulse duration on cigarette smoke and sensory quality were studied.The results showed that the on-line laser drilling quantity and pulse duration mainly affected the total ventilation rate and draw resistance of physical detection indexes,and then affected the chemical index of cigarette smoke and sensory quality.Under the certain conditions of total ventilation rate,the number of on-line laser drilling was negatively correlated with pulse duration.Under the certain conditions of on-line laser drilling quantity,the pulse duration was positively correlated with the total ventilation rate,and negatively correlated with tar,CO,total particulate matter(TPM),nicotine and water.The degree of influence was successively from large to small as follows:total grain phase,CO,tar,water and nicotine.The sensory quality of cigarettes was significantly affected by the total ventilation rate,and the degree of influence was successively from large to small as follows:aroma,smoothness and lightness,concentration,cleanliness and comfort level of oral,sweetness,impurity odor and irritation.
