摘  要:建立中药复方制剂清旨宁胶囊中沙棘薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法。以原料中沙棘特有成分齐墩果酸为对照品,采用薄层色谱法进行鉴别。结果表明,采用药典方法,阴性有干扰;采用自建方法,阴性无干扰、专属性好,确定三氯甲烷-甲醇-甲酸(40︰1︰1)为展开条件时,色谱斑点清晰、分离度好,对温度、湿度、不同厂家薄层板的耐用性较好。自建的鉴别方法操作快速、简便、准确,系统耐用性较好。To establish a TLC method for sea buckthorn identification of in a compound preparations named as Qingzhining, oleanolic acid, a characteristic component of sea buckthorn in raw material, was used as the reference substance, and TLC was used for identification. The results showed there were negative interferences when the pharmacopoeia method was used. There was no negative interferences when the self-built method was used and the specificity of the method was good. It was determined that chloroform-methanol-formic acid(40︰1︰1) as the condition and the chromatographic spots was clear with good separating degree and good durability to temperature, humidity and laminates of different manufacturers. The self-built identification method was quick, simple and accurate, and the system had good durability.
