摘  要:对比DBS 42/002—2014和GB 1903.21—2016这2个标准对富硒大蒜中有机Se测定的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化得到测定Se的最佳条件:以1 g/L Pd(NO3)2和0.5 g/L Mg(NO3)2混合溶液为基体改进剂、基体改进剂添加体积4μL、灰化温度1100℃、原子化温度2200℃。加标回收率为92.4%~98.8%,相对标准偏差≤4.2%。试验结果表明GB 1903.21—2016适合测定富硒大蒜中有机Se,而DBS 42/002—2014不适合。富硒大蒜中总Se含量为7.541μg/g,无机Se含量为1.256μg/g,有机Se含量为6.285μg/g,有机Se含量高达83.34%,这说明富硒大蒜含有丰富的有机Se,是补Se良品。该结果为富硒大蒜中有机Se含量的分析提供基础数据。Comparison of the standards of DBS 42/002—2014 and GB 1903.21—2016 for the analysis of organic selenium in selenium-enriched garlic.On the basis of single factor experiments,the optimal determination conditions of selenium were found by orthogonal experiment,as follows:mixed solutions of 1 g/L Pd(NO3)2 and 0.5 g/L Mg(NO3)2 as matrix modifier,volume of matrix modifier 4μL,ashing temperature 1100℃,and atomizing temperature 2200℃.The recoveries were 92.4%-98.8%,and relative standard deviations were not more than 4.2%.The results showed that GB 1903.21—2016 was suitable for the determination of organic selenium in selenium-enriched garlic,while DBS 42/002—2014 was not.The total selenium,inorganic selenium and organic selenium in selenium-enriched garlic were 7.541,1.256 and 6.285μg/g,respectively.The organic selenium in selenium-enriched garlic had reached 83.34%of total selenium.These indicate that the seleniumenriched garlic contain rich organic selenium and are good filling selenium product.The results provided basis data for analysis the organic selenium in selenium-enriched garlic.
