摘 要:目的探讨肝失疏泄对正常中老年人端粒长度及端粒酶活性的影响。方法应用临床流行病学现况调查法对400名40~65岁社区正常中老年进行问卷调查,依据MoCA、EPQ成人版筛选出认知功能正常的情绪稳定型和情绪不稳定型被试,检测其血细胞端粒长度及端粒酶活性并进行统计学分析。结果与情绪稳定组相比,情绪不稳定组被试的端粒长度、端粒酶活性均下降(P<0.05)。结论情绪不稳定的正常中老年人端粒长度及端粒酶活性易降低,提示长期情绪调节不良、肝疏泄失司是加速衰老进程的重要原因之一。Objective To investigate the effects of liver imbalance on telomere length and telomerase activity in normal middle-aged and elderly people. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 normal middle-aged and elderly people in the community of 40~65 years old by using the clinical epidemiological survey method. The emotionally stable and emotionally unstable subjects with normal cognitive function were screened according to the MoCA and EPQ adult versions. The telomere length and telomerase activity of blood cells were examined and statistically analyzed. Results Compared with the emotionally stable group, the telomere length and telomerase activity of the subjects with emotional instability decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The telomere length and telomerase activity of normal middle-aged and elderly people with emotional instability are easy to decrease, suggesting that long-term emotional regulation and liver stagnation are one of the important reasons for accelerating the aging process.
