摘  要:针对传统带式输送机拉紧装置响应速度慢、调节能力差等缺点,以及拉紧装置系统的时变性和非线性,设计了一种基于BP神经网络PID控制的液压拉紧装置系统。建立液压拉紧装置系统的数学模型,并通过Simulink分别对基于BP-PID控制器和PID控制器的液压拉紧装置系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明:基于BP-PID控制的液压拉紧装置系统不仅在启动阶段、紧带和松带过程中具有更快的响应速度、更好的稳态性能,而且在启动阶段的超调量降低了17.2%、到达稳定时间缩短了0.42 s。Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional belt conveyor tension device,such as slow response speed,poor adjustment ability,and the time-varying and nonlinear of the tension device system,a hydraulic tension device system based on BP neural network PID control was designed.The mathematical model of hydraulic tension device system was established,and the system based on BPPID controller and PID controller was simulated by Simulink.The simulation results show that the hydraulic tension device system based on BP-PID control not only has faster response speed and better steady-state performance in the start-up stage,the tightening and loosening process,but also reduces the overshoot by 17.2%and the time to reach stability by 0.42 s in the start-up stage.
