摘  要:液位(物位)作为工业环境中的五大控制指标之一,在各种工业现场环境中十分常见.为达到对液位更好地控制效果,结合安全等方面的考虑,研究设计了基于Labview的三容水箱液位控制系统.通过熟悉水箱的机理结构,完成水箱的初步建模.采用三层串级PID控制方案,使用Simulink验证方案可行性、整定PID参数;利用Labview软件的可视界面和程序设计完成基于Labview三容水箱三层串级PID控制系统的设计.通过系统投运,验证了三层串级PID控制系统能够实现三容水箱的液位控制,有效提高主回路的控制效果,仿真结果不仅说明控制效果良好,同时对具体的工业控制环节具有一定的指导意义.As one of the five control indexes in industrial environment,liquid level is very common in various industrial field environments.In order to achieve a better control effect for the liquid level,combined with the consideration of safety and other aspects,the liquid level control system of three tank water tank based on lab view is studied and designed.Through familiar with the mechanism and structure of the water tank,the preliminary modeling of the water tank is completed.Using three-layer cascade PID control scheme,using Simulink to verify the feasibility of the scheme,setting PID parameters,using the visual interface and programming of Labview software to complete the design of three-layer cascade PID control system based on Labview three tank.Through the operation of the system,it is verified that the three-layer cascade PID control system can realize the liquid level control of the three tank water tank and effectively improve the control effect of the main circuit.The simulation results not only show that the control effect is good,but also have a certain guiding significance for the specific industrial control links.
