摘 要:目的使用新生儿疾病筛查信息平台,对其在湖北省新生儿疾病筛查中的效果进行评价。方法选取2018年湖北省新生儿疾病筛查中心辖区内活产新生儿74214例及疾病筛查手工登记资料中行筛查的新生儿对象为对照组,选取2019年湖北省新生儿疾病筛查中心辖区内活产新生儿55952例及以新生儿疾病筛查系统数据库中记录的新生儿数据为实验组。比较两组新生儿苯丙酮尿症、先天性甲状腺功能减低症的初筛、召回确诊和随访治疗等情况。结果实验组的整体筛查率,先天性甲状腺功能减低症的初筛率、召回确诊率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。实验组的苯丙酮尿症召回确诊率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用信息化网络为基础的新生儿疾病筛查平台可大大提高工作效率,减少差错,提高筛查率和疾病的后续管理能力,进而提高新生儿疾病筛查工作管理水平,达到提高人口素质的目的。Objective To use the neonatal disease screening information platform to evaluate the effectiveness of screening for neonatal diseases in Hubei Province.Methods A total of 74214 live births in the area under the jurisdiction of the Hubei Newborn Disease Screening Center and the newborns screened in the manual registration of disease screening in 2018 were selected as the control group.In addition,A total of 55952 cases of live births in the same jurisdiction area in 2019 and neonatal data recorded in the neonatal disease screening system were included in the experimental group.The comparisons of the neonatal phenylketonuria,primary screening rate of congenital hypothyroidism,rescreening diagnosis rate and follow-up treatment between the two groups were carried out.Results The overall screening rate,the primary screening rate and rescreening diagnosis rate of the congenital hypothyroidism in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The rescreening diagnosis rate of phenylketonuria in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of information network-based neonatal disease screening platform greatly improved work efficiency,reduced errors,enhanced screening rate and disease follow-up management capabilities,and thereby improved the management level of neonatal disease screening work.
