摘 要:机械类本科生在专业学习、实践、交流、参与大创等活动中容易产生片面、错误的认知,不利于实现人才培养目标,对职业规划产生消极影响。机械专业本科生的专业发展是分阶段的复杂过程,通过引入企业专家与优秀毕业生讲座,促进企业在实践中侧重“技术岗”与“研发流程”的了解,有利于提升其专业认知,实现人才培养目标并做好职业规划。Mechanical undergraduates are prone to one-sided and wrong cognition in professional learning,practice,communication,and participation in large-scale activities,which is not conducive to achieving talent training goals and has a negative impact on career planning.The professional development of mechanical undergraduates is a complex process in stages.By introducing corporate experts and excellent graduate lectures,companies can promote the understanding of“technical positions”and“R&D processes”in practice,which is conducive to enhancing their professional cognition,and to achieve talent training goals and make career plans.
