摘 要:目的探讨以患者为中心的沟通方法在传染科医患沟通技巧培训中的应用效果。方法抽取本院2018年4月—2019年4月规培实习医生112名,随机分为传统沟通组55名,接受常规医患沟通指导。以患者为中心沟通组57名,接受以患者为中心的沟通技巧培训。对实习医生进行问诊技能评分及问卷调查,对医患沟通情况进行比较和评价。结果两组实习医生比较,以患者为中心的沟通组在考核成绩、患者满意度、患者配合度、沟通的有效性、患者医从性方面均优于传统沟通组(均P<0.05)。以患者为中心沟通方法组考核成绩(21.382±2.513)分。传统沟通组考核成绩(18.079±3.517)分。以患者为中心沟通方法组患者对医生沟通方式满意48人(84.211%),愿意配合医生46人(80.702%),能够配合医生有效沟通45人(78.947%),愿意听从医生建议45人(78.947%)。与传统沟通组,分别为31人(56.364%),30人(54.545%),29人(52.727%),33(60.000%),相比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用以患者为中心的沟通方法能有效提高传染科医患沟通效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of patient-centered communication method in the training of communicative skills between practitioners and patients in infectious diseases department.Methods 112 general practitioners in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into traditional communication group(55)and patient-centered communication group(57).Traditional communication group received routine doctor-patient communication guidance and the patient-centered communication group were trained in patient-centered communication method skills.The interns were assessed by tests and questionnaires and the communication between doctors and patients was compared and evaluated.Results The patient-centered communication method group was superior to the traditional communication group in terms of examination results,patient satisfaction,patient coordination,effectiveness of communication and medical compliance of patients(P<0.05).The score of the patient-centered communication method group and traditional communication group was(21.382±2.513)points and(18.079±3.517)points.There were 48 patients(84.211%)in the patient-centered communication method group satisfied with the doctor’s communication method,46 patients(80.702%)were willing to cooperate with the doctor,45 patients(78.947%)were able to cooperate with the doctor effectively,and45 patients(78.947%)were willing to follow the doctor’s advice.Compared with the traditional communication group,31(56.364%),30(54.545%),29(52.727%)and 33(60.000%)which had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of patient-centered communication method can effectively improve the communication between doctors and patients of infectious diseases.
