摘 要:为研究共轭凸轮打纬机构中钢筘的柔性变形问题,基于有限元法对钢筘进行离散化,应用Lagrange方程建立柔性钢筘系统的动力学方程;利用ANSYS软件对钢筘进行网格划分,分析柔性钢筘的模态和振型等振动特性;在ADAMS中建立打纬机构刚-柔耦合模型,在考虑打纬阻力的情况下进行动力学仿真,并对钢筘进行应力分析。结果表明:建立的柔性钢筘动力学方程与仿真结果一致,验证了方程的正确性;钢筘在打纬机构运动过程中出现共振变形的可能性很小;施加打纬阻力时,刚-柔耦合模型的动力学性能相比刚性体时波动增大,并且打纬阻力变化对打纬机构加速度影响明显;钢筘在打纬过程中应力主要集中于下端附近。此结论可为打纬机构的优化设计提供依据。In order to study the flexible deformation of reed,based on the finite element method,the reed is discretized,and the dynamic equation of flexible reed system is established by using Lagrange equation.The reed is meshed by ANSYS software,and the vibration characteristics such as modal and mode shape are analyzed.In ADAMS,the rigid-flexible coupling model of beating-up mechanism is established,the dynamic simulation is carried out under the condition of considering beating-up resistance,and the reed stress is analyzed.The results show that the dynamic equation of the flexible reed is consistent with the simulation results,which verifies the correctness of the equation;the possibility of resonance deformation of the reed in the beating-up mechanism motion is very small;when the beating-up resistance is applied,the dynamic performance of the rigid-flexible coupling model is more fluctuant than that of the rigid body,and the change of the beating-up resistance has obvious influence on the acceleration of the beating-up mechanism;The stress of the reed is mainly concentrated near the lower end during weft beating-up.This conclusion can provide an important reference for the optimal design of beating-up mechanism.
