摘  要:教师专业发展是国家教育发展的重中之重,如何帮助每个教师更快更好地实现专业成长,是教育部门和学校都非常重视的一项工作。我国的职业教育体系化发展相对较晚,针对职业教育类师资的专业成长研究也相对偏少。通过对职业教育各项大赛和教师个性特质分析,帮助职业学校教师寻找到一条符合自身实际的专业成长快速发展的路径,对职业教育师资队伍建设具有积极意义。The professional development of teachers is the top priority of national education development. How to help each teacher grow faster and better is a very important work of education department and schools. The systematic development of vocational education in China is relatively late. There are also relatively few studies on the professional growth of teachers in vocational education. Through the analysis of various competitions and teachers’ personality characteristics in vocational education, help teachers in vocational schools to find a path for their own professional growth and rapid development, which is of positive significance to the construction of teachers’ team in vocational education.
