“双高计划”建设背景下导游专业人才培养方案企业调研分析

摘　　要：建设中国特色高水平高职学校和专业是“双高校”的建设目标。在“双高校”建设中,导游专业建设与企业实际需求还存在一定的差距。为了了解旅游企业对导游专业人才需求的要求、企业参与校企合作的意愿,引领专业发展,笔者深入旅行社等多家企业进行专业调研。通过大量的调研数据,本文总结分析旅游企业对导游专业人才的职业能力和职业素质的要求、企业对校企深度合作各方面意愿等,为高职院校培养高技能高素质导游人才提出建议。The construction goal of“double high-quality plan”is to build high-level vocational colleges and specialties with Chinese characteristics.There is still a certain gap between the construction of tour guide specialty and the actual needs of enterprises.In order to understand the requirements of enterprises for tour guide professionals and the willingness of school enterprise cooperation,the author conducted professional research in many travel agency enterprises.Based on a large number of survey data,this paper summarizes and analyzes the needs of tourism enterprises for tour guide professionals,and analyzes the depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises,and finally gives constructive suggestions on the cultivation of tour guide professionals.Some suggestions are put forward for vocational colleges to cultivate high skilled and high-quality tour guides.
