摘　　要："一方水土养一方人",各个地区人才的产生与各个地区的特点有密切关系。当地人才服务于当地,能更好地实现区域经济的高效发展。该文从区域文化旅游的角度,对旅游人才的培养进行论述。"Each place has its own way of supporting its own inhabitants."There is a close relation between the cultivation of talents and the characteristics of a certain region.If local talents serve the local place,they will better promote the efficient development of regional economy.Focusing on the perspective of regional cultural tourism,this paper implements the cultivation of tourism talents in higher vocational colleges,and carries out a comprehensive discussion from the perspective of Gansu Province.
