摘  要:在新工科建设的背景下,对食品专业课程进行改革,是培养创新型卓越工程人才的发展方向。本文从食品化学教学内容、教学理念、教学模式、考核方式等方面进行积极的改革与探索,可有效地促进学生学习的自主性,对提高学生的实践创新能力、交流能力、团队精神具有良好的效果。通过对食品化学课程的改革,在今后的教学过程中,必将使该课程具有更明确的方向,从而为食品与药品行业培养出更多优秀的应用创新型人才。Under the background of new engineering construction,the reform of food specialty course is the development direction of cultivating innovative and excellent engineering talents.The positive reform and exploration were carried on from the food chemistry teaching content,the teaching idea,the teaching mode,the examination way and so on,which had the good effect in effectively promoting students autonomy in learning,and improving student s practice innovation ability,communication ability and team spirit.Through the reform of the course of Food Chemistry,the course will certainly have a clearer direction in the future teaching process,so as to cultivate more excellent applied innovative talents for the food and drug industry.
