摘　　要：本研究从地方大学与企业合作的机制出发,对产教融合体制机制进行分析,并对政府牵头促进校企合作的机制进行研究,提出地方大学校企战略联盟构架,研究建议:地方大学要建立校企合作机制,建立校企战略联盟,通过开展科研合作、教学合作、双师型教师合作培养,与企业联盟开展协同创新,促进校企协同发展。This study starts from the mechanism of cooperation between local universities and enterprises,analyzes the mechanism of integration of production and education,and studies the mechanism of government-led cooperation between schools and enterprises,and proposes the framework of strategic alliances of local universities and universities.Research recommendations:local universities should establish the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and a strategic alliance between schools and enterprises.Through research cooperation,teaching cooperation,and cooperation between dual-teachers,it conducts collaborative innovation with enterprise alliances to promote the coordinated development of schools and enterprises.
