摘  要:将大型仪器融入人才培养是高校面临的重要课题,基于ICP-MS技术市场应用率的快速提升,设计了题为"ICP-MS法同时测定尿液中6种无机元素"的实验项目,将ICP-MS技术应用于实验教学。通过实验项目将ICP-MS的基础知识和实践操作有机的结合起来,使学生掌握了ICP-MS仪器的基本操作技能,加深了对ICP-MS的主要结构、工作原理、应用范围及干扰消除等知识点的理解,又巩固了对一般方法学的验证程序和样品的分析过程。实践表明,以实验项目为载体将ICP-MS技术应用于实验教学,有效培养了学生的综合科研素养和创新意识,同时提高了大型仪器ICP-MS的使用效率和效益。Integrating large-scale instruments into personnel training is an important issue for colleges and universities. Based on the rapid improvement of the market application rate of ICP-MS technology, an experimental project, entitled "simultaneous determination of six inorganic elements in urine by ICP-MS", was designed to introduce the ICP-MS technology into the experimental teaching. The experimental project combining Basic knowledge and practical operation of ICP-MS organically, which enables students to master the basic operation skills of ICP-MS instruments and knowledge points about ICP-MS technology such as main structure, working principle, application scope, and interference elimination etc., also enables students to consolidate the verification procedures of general methodologies and the analysis process of samples. Practice has shown that ICP-MS technology is applied in experimental teaching through the experimental project, which effectively cultivates students’ comprehensive literacy of scientific research and innovative consciousness, and improves the efficiency and benefit of the use of ICP-MS.
