北京市近5年护理专业招生计划与临床需求之间差距的研究

摘　　要：目的分析在京10所学校2015-2019年招生计划、2013-2018年北京市注册护士数量,了解北京市护理专业本专科招生计划能否满足临床需求。方法通过北京教育考试院官网、学校官网或微信公众号了解每所学校招生计划,在北京市卫生健康委员会官网查询2013-2018年注册护士人数。结果 10所学校年均招生2 060人,北京市2014-2018注册护士年均增加4 800人。结论 10所学校招生计划无法满足北京市临床用人需求,应扩大招生规模。Objective To understand whether the nursing admissions in Beijing can meet the needs of the hospitals in Beijing by analyzing the admissions of 10 schools from 2015 to 2019,the number of registered nurses in Beijing from 2013 to2018.Methods To study the admissions through the official website of the Beijing Education Examination Authority,each school’s official website or WeChat Official Account;to check the number of registered nurses from 2013 to 2018 through the official website of the Beijing Municipal Health Commission.Results The annual enrollment of 10 schools is 2060 and the number of registered nurses increases averagely by 4800 in Beijing from 2014 to 2018.Conclusion Ten schools’nursing admissions can’t meet the nursing needs of all hospitals,so the enrollment scale should be expanded.
