摘  要:文章使用基于大涡模拟算法的火灾动力学仿真手段模拟实际舱室油池火灾的场景,考虑环境与结构的对流辐射换热,以及板架初始缺陷和材料高温热力学特性,采用顺序热力耦合算法,对比侧向载荷作用下有涂料防护板架和无防护板架的热力响应,并计算分析防火涂料不同涂设位置对板架热力响应以及结构变形的影响。结果表明,甲板板架结构温度和热应力不会因防火涂料的保护而改变其分布规律,但数值会明显降低;火灾下甲板板架结构应力主要受温度影响,其次是侧向载荷;火焰上方板架无涂料保护的纵骨会在火灾持续时间内失效,而防火涂料保护下的结构基本处于弹性状态;防火涂料涂设位置的不同对板架结构变形影响较大,其中纵向和横向构件的保护对抵抗板架变形起重要作用;涂料仅保护甲板板时,纵向和横向构件温度及应力将大于无涂料板架;防火涂料可有效延迟结构屈服和形变,为火灾救援提供时间。研究工作可为实际火灾场景下的船舶结构抗火设计与安全评估提供参考。The fire dynamics simulation method based on large eddy simulation algorithm is used to simulate the actual cabin oil pool fire scene.Considering the radiation and convective heat transfer between environment and structure,and the initial defects and thermodynamic properties of material at high temperature,the sequential thermodynamic coupling algorithm is used to calculate and compare deck grillage’s thermodynamic response with fireproof coating protection or not under lateral load.The results show that the temperature and the thermal stress of the deck grillage can’t change the distribution law because of the protection of the fire retardant coating,but the value will decrease obviously.The stress of deck grillage under fire is mainly affected by temperature and the lateral load is the second.The exposed longitudinal of the deck grillage above the flame will fail in the duration of the fire,and the structures under the protection of fireproof coating will basically remain in elastic state.Different application positions of fireproof coatings have a great influence on the deformation of the frame,among which the protection of longitudinal and beam plays an important role in resisting the deformation of the deck grillage.When the coating only protects the deck grillage,the temperature and stress of the longitudinal and transverse components are higher than that of the bare deck grillage.Fireproofing coatings can effectively delay the yield and deformation of structures and provide time for fire rescue.The research work can provide a reference for fire resistant design and safety evaluation of ship structure under actual fire situation.
