摘  要:目的评价传染病学临床见习带教中应用PBL教学方法的效果。方法选取该院2016年11月—2018年4月开展传统教学法期间入院的实习生40名作为参照组,另选取2018年5月—2019年11月开展PBL教学方法后入院的实习生40名作为试验组,对其整体教学质量以及学生对教学方式的满意度进行统计。结果统计两组对教学方式的满意度,试验组总满意度97.50%(39/40)例高于参照组总满意度77.50%(31/40)例,比较两组整体教学质量,试验组实践考核、理论知识、实例分析等评分均高于参照组同等数据实践考核、理论知识、实例分析,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论传染病学临床见习带教中开展PBL教学方法,对提升整体教学质量具有重要帮助,可在临床见习带教当中推广实施运用。Objective To evaluate the effect of applying PBL teaching method in clinical internship in infectious diseases.Methods 40 interns who were admitted during the traditional teaching method from November 2016 to April 2018 in the hospital where the author is located as a reference group,and select 40 interns who were admitted after starting the PBL teaching method from May 2018 to November 2019 as a test group,statistics on its overall teaching quality and students'satisfaction with teaching methods.Results The two groups were satisfied with the teaching methods.The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.50%(39/40)cases higher than the reference group's total satisfaction of 77.50%(31/40)cases.The overall teaching quality of the two groups was compared.The assessment,theoretical knowledge,and case analysis scores were higher than the reference group with the same data practice assessment,theoretical knowledge,and case analysis,with the statistical significance of the difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PBL teaching method in clinical internship teaching of infectious diseases is of great help to improve the overall teaching quality,and it can be promoted and applied in clinical internship teaching.
