摘　　要：针对通信设备运行与维护课程的内容,进行了职业资格对接,采用虚拟仿真平台与真实硬件设备操作相结合的设计思路,工学结合、校企合作的育人机制。以TD-SCDMA网络设备运维为例,进行了基于“任务驱动”的“教学做”一体化的教学设计与实践,提高了学生的学习效果,提升了教育教学水平。According to the content of the course of Communication Equipment Operation and Maintenance,this paper matches it with the professional qualifications,adopts the design idea of combining virtual simulation platform with real hardware equipment operation,and the educational mechanism of combining work with study and cooperation between school and enterprise.Taking the operation and maintenance of TD-SCDMA network equipment as an example,the teaching design and practice based on"task-driven"and integration of"teaching and doing"are carried out,which improve the learning effect of students and the teaching level.
